This time next week I am hosting a vegetarian dinner for 3. The menu is as follows;
Starter: Caramel Brie
Main: King Prawn Puttanesca
Dessert: Rhubarb and Raspberry Meringue Pots
N.B. - While I understand the addition of prawn to the main disqualifies the feast as being vegetarian and classifies it as a pescetarian meal, I have purposely named and labeled it as vegetarian as it is the more widely recognised term.
