Fresh Produce

Today I was given some beautiful, fresh, organic herbs and spinach as well as some semi-dried herbs.  These were gifted to me from a very kind and generous person.  I was given several bags stuffed full of spinach and rainbow chard, a large bag of purple basil and over 15 different types of herbs, in various quantities.  Now, what to do with it all?  I think I'll make a few cheese and spinach pies and some salsa verde.  And then what....
