Did you know?

Ginger is often used to suppress nausea. It is a method that has been used in China for centuries and recently adopted into Western society.  


To make ginger tea, grate some ginger into hot water, brew for 6 minutes, strain and enjoy with a squeeze of lemon.  Or, if like me you really like ginger just eat the pickled stuff straight from the jar!
