Hero Sushi - Tuggerah, NSW

I love sushi and could eat it every day so I was just stoked when Hero Sushi opened up their sushi train at Westfield Tuggerah.  I've been there a few times and have never been disappointed.  The food is always fresh, tastes great and looks amazing.  The staff are friendly and the pricing is reasonable.  There is also heaps of variety so there'll be something there to suit every set of taste buds.  Check out their facebook page for more info.

So it's simple, sit down at the bar, watch all the dishes go past and pull off whatever catches your eye.  When you're finished call one of the staff members over and they'll tally your plates and give you a ticket to take to the register.  Different plates come with different prices (see above photos) so you know how much you're spending and can get as much or as little as you want.  Here are a few photos showing some of the things I pulled off the train today, including salmon, soft shell crab, tempura vegetables, tempura prawns and avocado rolls.
