Coco Banana Brazilian Restaurant - The Entrance, NSW

Check out some photo's from my dinner at Coco Banana Brazilian Restaurant the other night.  Located in The Entrance, this is the only restaurant on the Central Coast that offers churrasco (as far as I am aware).   Churrasco is meat on swords that is sliced at your table.  Check out their facebook page and website for more information.

Catering

I have been asked to help cater a friends theater reunion which is happening tomorrow night.  There's about 60 people going and my friend is doing a BBQ dinner so just wanted someone to take care of some nibbles and some sweets.  And that someone is me!  

My friend chose the following:

• Pinwheels
• Mini Meringues
• Brownies

The great thing for you guys is that I can share my recipes for bruschetts and brownies, the other recipes are already on here.

So, I'd better get into my kitchen and start cooking!
