Cooking is the one thing I confidently say I do well. For me, cooking is part knowledge, part instinct, part science and part luck.
Making great food is not just about serving something that tastes good, it is the challenge to create a dish that satisfies all five senses. Cooking is my hobby and my passion, how I relax and how I socialise.
I do not remember a time I didn't cook, most of my earliest memories involve me being in the kitchen with my mum or my nan. As I have had no formal training, I still have a lot to learn!
