Since I tasted some of the Netherby Blue Cheese sample that King Island Dairy sent me I have been trying to think about how I can team it with roasted tomato, cause it would be awesome.
My lightbulb moment came when I thought maybe I could make some sort of cheesy, roasted tomato dip inside a cob loaf kind of thing? Sounds interesting? I think I am going to try it. It's the sort of thing that sounds so crazy it might just work!
