Next Friday, July 22nd, I am hosting a five course dinner party for up to 12 of my friends. The reason is that I recently moved house and this is my way to thank my friends for all their help. It is also to celebrate my 25th birthday!
The menu -
- Roast beetroot, carrot and sweet potato on baby spinach w goats fetal, hazelnut dukka and balsamic glaze.
- Broccoli soup w fried chorizo and parsley oil
- Basil pesto pasta w slow roasted roma tomatoes and tomato caramel syrup
- Moroccan lamb stew w orange and coriander couscous
- Chocolate mousse cake w coffee mascarpone and hazelnut praline
