Recipes - Orange and Dark Chocolate Muffins

I'm not the biggest jaffa fan but this combination was made by request and tastes pretty spectacular.

Ingredients

1 quantity sweet muffin mix

1 cup dark chocolate chips

4 oranges, zested

Following the sweet muffin mix recipe;

Step 3 - After combining wet ingredients, gently fold trough orange zest and dark chocolate bits.
